As a Distribution Lead, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting inventory management, inbound and outbound logistics, and operational efficiency. Oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring smooth inbound, inventory control, and outbound flow operations Maintain inventory accuracy and adherence to quality standards Manage and coordinate staff to optimize productivity and safety Track operational efficiency and implement improvements as needed Ensure timely completion of work and compliance with company policies What's Needed? Previous experience in warehouse or distribution management preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and communication abilities Ability to analyze operational data and implement process improvements Knowledge of inventory control systems and safety regulations What's in it for me?
