Heiser Ford is seeking a Parts Manager who can drive operational excellence, maintain inventory accuracy, and deliver exceptional customer service while building a strong and engaged team. What You'll Do

As Parts Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the dealership's Parts Department, ensuring efficient operations, strong profitability, inventory accuracy, and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all parts department operations

Maintain proper inventory levels and minimize obsolescence

Develop and achieve departmental sales and profitability goals

Partner with Service and Sales departments to support dealership operations

Hire, train, coach, and develop team members

Manage scheduling, payroll, and departmental expenses

Resolve customer concerns and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction

Establish pricing strategies and monitor department performance

Participate in dealership management meetings What We're Looking For Previous automotive parts management experience strongly preferred

Automotive dealership experience required

Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills

Knowledge of inventory management and parts department operations

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Valid Wisconsin driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
