Current delivery opportunities may include: West Little Rock Conway Benton Mayflower Surrounding Arkansas service areas Delivery locations and available opportunities may vary based on business volume and client needs. ⸻

COMPENSATION

$1.00 PER

ELIGIBLE PACKAGE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED

Contractors are paid for eligible packages successfully completed according to MTC delivery procedures. There is no arbitrary daily package cap.

For example:

80 packages = $80 100 packages = $100 125 packages = $125 150 packages = $150 175 packages = $175 200 packages = $200 Actual package volume varies by available routes and business demand. ⸻ PAYMENT Contractor payments follow a Net-15 payment schedule Payments are issued according to MTC's established weekly payment cycle Contractor compensation is separate from the amount MTC receives from its clients Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and business expenses ⸻

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Contractors will: Pick up accepted delivery opportunities from the designated warehouse Organize and load packages Transport packages using their own vehicle Deliver packages safely and accurately Complete required delivery documentation Maintain communication during accepted delivery opportunities Provide required proof of delivery Properly return undelivered packages according to MTC procedures Represent themselves and MTC professionally while completing accepted deliveries ⸻

DELIVERY DOCUMENTATION MTC

requires delivery documentation for completed deliveries. Depending on the delivery requirements, contractors may be required to provide proof such as: Package/tracking identification Property/building verification Address, unit, or location verification Final placement or handoff documentation Accurate delivery documentation is an important part of completing an eligible delivery. ⸻

PACKAGE RESPONSIBILITY

Once a package is scanned, accepted, loaded, or otherwise placed into the contractor's possession, the contractor is responsible for properly handling the package until it is successfully delivered or properly returned according to MTC procedures. Driver-caused losses, improper deliveries, lost packages, failure to return packages, falsified delivery information, or other documented violations may result in financial responsibility in accordance with the MTC Independent Contractor Agreement and applicable law. ⸻

REQUIREMENTS

Contractors must have: Reliable vehicle Valid driver's license Required automobile insurance Smartphone with GPS Reliable communication Ability to work independently Ability to safely transport and deliver packages Dependable and professional work habits ⸻

AVAILABILITY & ACCEPTING ROUTES

Contractors may provide MTC with their availability. Providing availability does not guarantee a route, minimum number of packages, or minimum income. MTC may communicate available delivery opportunities based on client volume and operational needs. Contractors may accept or decline an opportunity before accepting it. Once a contractor voluntarily accepts a specific route or delivery opportunity, they are expected to fulfill that commitment unless a legitimate emergency or circumstance outside their reasonable control prevents completion. ⸻

ROUTE CANCELLATIONS

Contractors are free to decline an opportunity before accepting it. However, abandoning or cancelling an accepted delivery opportunity at the last minute without a legitimate emergency or circumstance outside the contractor's reasonable control may result in a $50 route-drop charge, as outlined in the Independent Contractor Agreement. Repeated no-shows or route cancellations may also affect eligibility for future delivery opportunities. ⸻
