This position ensures vehicles are properly maintained, registered, tracked, assigned, and ready for field operations while also supporting the technology needs of office and field employees. This is a hands-on position requiring strong organization, accountability, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and administrative operations. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete company fleet, including service vehicles, trucks, vans, trailers, and other company-owned vehicles. Maintain accurate records of vehicle assignments, mileage, registrations, insurance, inspections, maintenance, repairs, and replacement schedules. Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules and ensure vehicles are serviced before issues become costly or disruptive. Coordinate repairs, towing, accident claims, windshield/tire replacement, and outside vendors. Monitor vehicle condition, cleanliness, damage, and driver accountability. Conduct routine fleet inspections and document deficiencies. Manage vehicle onboarding and offboarding when employees are hired, transferred, or terminated. Maintain vehicle keys, fuel cards, GPS/telematics, toll accounts, and related access. Track fleet costs and identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary repairs, downtime, fuel usage, and operating expenses. Assist management with determining when vehicles should be repaired, reassigned, replaced, or retired. Maintain an accurate inventory of company technology and electronic equipment. Set up and issue computers, tablets, phones, monitors, printers, and other technology for new employees. Manage employee technology onboarding/offboarding, including equipment collection and account/access coordination. Provide first-line troubleshooting for Windows computers, mobile devices, printers, Wi-Fi/network connectivity, email, and common software issues. Support field technology including tablets/mobile devices and applications used by technicians. Assist with systems such as ServiceTitan, Dialpad, Microsoft/Google accounts, GPS/fleet tracking, mobile devices, and other company platforms . Coordinate with outside IT providers when an issue requires advanced technical support. Maintain a current list of company software, licenses, users, devices, and access permissions. Help ensure terminated employees immediately lose appropriate system access and all company equipment is recovered. Maintain basic cybersecurity practices, including password/access standards, MFA, device security, and employee technology awareness. Work with department managers to resolve fleet and technology issues that could prevent technicians from completing their work. Maintain organized documentation, SOPs, asset lists, vendor contacts, warranties, and service records. Assist leadership with fleet and IT budgeting and purchasing decisions. Preferred Experience & Qualifications 3+ years of fleet management, fleet coordination, operations, or similar experience. Previous IT support, systems administration, help desk, or technical support experience strongly preferred. Experience supporting a field-service, construction, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, property-management, or multi-family organization is highly preferred. Comfortable troubleshooting Windows computers, mobile devices, printers, networking, software access, and user accounts. Experience with fleet/GPS management software and asset tracking. ServiceTitan experience is a major plus. Strong Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Ability to manage a large number of vehicles, devices, employees, vendors, and open issues simultaneously. Comfortable holding employees accountable for company vehicles and equipment. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
