This is not a traditional driver or employee position. We are seeking the right individual to become an ownership partner in the business and play an integral role in its day-to-day management, growth, profitability, and long-term success. The ideal partner will have an ownership mindset and understand that building a premier transportation company requires both leadership and a willingness to be hands-on when necessary. This individual will oversee the executive fleet, coordinate transportation operations, maintain exceptional vehicle and service standards, assist with business development, and occasionally provide executive driving services when business demands require additional coverage. Our clientele includes executives, business leaders, VIPs, professionals, families, and other clients who expect punctuality, discretion, safety, professionalism, and an elevated level of service. This opportunity is ideal for someone who does not simply want a job, but desires to help build and operate a business in which they have an ownership interest. Ownership & Partnership Opportunity The selected individual will have an ownership interest in the company, with the specific ownership structure, responsibilities, compensation, profit participation, and performance expectations established through a formal partnership or operating agreement. As a business partner, this individual will be expected to think beyond individual trips and focus on the overall performance and growth of the company. This includes maintaining service standards, maximizing fleet utilization, developing operational efficiencies, supporting client acquisition and retention, and protecting the company's reputation and assets. Primary Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the executive black car service and transportation fleet. Oversee scheduling, dispatching, reservations, vehicle assignments, and driver coordination. Ensure all vehicles are properly cleaned, fueled, inspected, stocked, and reset after each client experience. Maintain exceptional presentation standards across sedans, luxury SUVs, Sprinter vans, and other executive vehicles. Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, detailing, registration, insurance requirements, and other fleet-related responsibilities. Monitor vehicle utilization, mileage, fuel expenses, maintenance costs, and overall fleet performance. Maintain accurate operational records and provide regular reporting regarding trips, revenue, expenses, vehicle condition, and service activity. Recruit, coordinate, and help manage professional drivers as the business expands. Establish and maintain operational systems that allow the company to scale efficiently. Assist with developing relationships with corporate clients, hotels, event planners, travel professionals, executives, and other strategic referral partners. Help identify opportunities to increase bookings, recurring accounts, airport transportation, corporate transportation, special-event services, and other revenue streams. Provide exceptional communication and customer service to clients before, during, and after their transportation experience. Occasionally serve as an Executive Black Car Driver when needed to support client demand, VIP transportation, scheduling gaps, or special assignments. When driving, provide a safe, discreet, punctual, polished, and luxury-level transportation experience. Assist clients with luggage and special requests while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Protect the company's vehicles, brand, client relationships, and reputation as an owner and operating partner. Ideal Partner Qualifications Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine desire to build and grow a business. Previous experience in transportation, fleet management, limousine or black car service, hospitality, logistics, operations, or another service-oriented industry is strongly preferred. Management or business-development experience is highly desirable. Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record. Chauffeur or limousine licensing, where applicable, is preferred or must be obtainable. Strong knowledge of GPS navigation, local roadways, airports, hotels, entertainment venues, and major business destinations. Exceptional customer-service and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate professionally with executives, VIPs, corporate clients, and diverse clientele. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage schedules, vehicles, drivers, clients, and multiple priorities simultaneously. Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and the ability to identify potential mechanical or service concerns. High level of discretion, integrity, dependability, and accountability. Willingness to be hands-on and drive when operationally necessary. Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury executive transportation brand.
