Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Tow Truck Driver/Manager to join our dynamic team. This role combines hands-on towing and vehicle recovery with leadership responsibilities, ensuring safe, efficient operations while providing exceptional customer service. Duties Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to recover, tow, and transport vehicles of various sizes using flatbed or other specialized equipment Ensure vehicles are loaded and secured following cargo securement protocols to prevent damage during transit Conduct basic vehicle troubleshooting, minor mechanical repairs, and automotive diagnostics to assist in roadside situations Manage vehicle recovery towing operations, including vehicle mechanics for truck drivers and safe vehicle loading onto tow trucks Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, including load & unload details, incident reports, and shift documentation Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, dispatchers, and emergency responders during roadside assistance or recovery jobs Oversee the maintenance of tow trucks and related equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met Manage day to day operations Experience Proven experience in commercial truck driving or car towing with a valid driver's license possessing a manual transmission endorsement Mechanical knowledge related to automotive diagnostics, minor mechanical repairs, and basic vehicle troubleshooting Familiarity with cargo securement protocols and safe vehicle loading procedures on tow trucks Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations professionally and calmly Knowledge of flatbed tow truck operation, vehicle recovery towing techniques, and vehicle mechanics for truck drivers is highly desirable Excellent driving record with experience operating tow trucks or similar heavy-duty vehicles in various conditions Join us at Lin Mar Towing where your skills will drive success!
