Join us and feel the difference! Positions Available Full time Transportation Coordinator Pay This is an hourly position that may range from $19-$22 per hour based on experience. Position Summary Bethel Manor is seeking a dependable and compassionate Resident Transportation Coordinator to provide safe, courteous, and reliable transportation for residents to medical appointments, community outings, and other approved destinations. This full-time position coordinates transportation schedules, maintains the facility vehicle, communicates with residents, families, healthcare providers, and facility departments, and supports the Activities Department with resident engagement and quality-of-life initiatives. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, organized, professional, and comfortable working directly with older adults and individuals who use wheelchairs, walkers, oxygen equipment, or other mobility devices. What We Are Looking For Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required. Must meet facility insurance requirements to operate company vehicles. High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience transporting seniors or individuals with disabilities preferred. CPR certification preferred, or willingness to obtain. Excellent communication, organization, customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Dependable, professional, and able to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Ability to lift, push, pull, and transfer up to 50 pounds with assistance when appropriate and assist residents with mobility devices. Pay:
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
