We are seeking a Supervisor that can travel to locations and clean. We do offer company car or car stipend. Locations will be in Salina, Manhatten, can be as far as some parts of Kansas City or Witchita, or even other parts of Kansas Join our dynamic cleaning company as a Route Supervisor, where you'll lead and coordinate daily cleaning operations across multiple client sites. As a key leader on our team, you will oversee staff performance, ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations, and deliver exceptional service that exceeds client expectations. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate cleaning teams across assigned routes, ensuring timely and thorough service delivery Manage staff schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety Conduct regular inspections of work sites to verify adherence to sanitation protocols, safety regulations, and quality standards Provide training and guidance to team members on proper cleaning techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with services provided Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including service logs, incident reports, and staff attendance Enforce health and safety policies to create a safe working environment for all team members Experience Proven supervisory experience in commercial or industrial cleaning environments Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and safety regulations within custodial or janitorial settings Experience managing teams in fast-paced settings with a focus on customer service excellence Familiarity with management tools for scheduling, reporting, and quality control processes Background in hospitality or housekeeping management is a plus Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and team members confidently Join us in delivering top-tier cleaning services with energy and professionalism!
