MTRWESTERN
is seeking an operations-driven Contract Operations Coordinator to manage the day-to-day execution of dedicated client shuttle programs. In this role, your primary responsibility will be overseeing our high-frequency shuttle contract account in the Pacific Northwest, ensuring route efficiency, strict schedule adherence, and exceptional rider experiences. As the operational anchor for this account, you will also bolt on and coordinate a couple of secondary contract shuttle schedules. You will serve as the critical point of contact bridging client stakeholders, our central dispatch team, and professional drivers to maintain fluid operations across the assigned shuttle accounts. Key Responsibilities Shuttle Contract (Primary Focus)
•
Schedule & Route Monitoring:
Track and troubleshoot real-time fixed-route shuttle schedules, headways, and driver rotations to ensure seamless on-time performance.
•
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the direct operational point of contact for client transportation administrators, addressing daily needs and driving performance check-ins.
•
Performance Metric Tracking:
Collect and maintain accurate logs of ridership data, mileage, and key service metrics to ensure compliance with contract standards.
•
Real-Time Issue Resolution:
Efficiently manage daily service disruptions, such as traffic delays, construction, or vehicle swaps, minimizing impact on the client and riders. Secondary Shuttle Contract Oversight

Account Coordination:
Oversee the day-to-day schedule updates and operational requirements for a couple of additional assigned contract shuttle accounts.
•
Fleet & Driver Coordination:
Collaborate with operations and maintenance to ensure proper vehicle allocation and driver coverage across all assigned routes.
•
Billing Reporting:
Compile accurate operational summaries to assist internal teams with monthly client invoicing and account analysis. Driver & Field Operations Support

Driver Communication:
Partner with Dispatch to brief drivers on specific route nuances, safety protocols, and client-specific customer service expectations.
•
On-Site Operations Audits:
Perform periodic fieldwork along shuttle routes to verify schedule adherence, vehicle cleanliness, and driver compliance with corporate standards. Qualifications & Skills
•
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in transportation coordination, fleet operations, fixed route dispatching, or client account logistics.
•
Shuttle/Transit Familiarity:
Understanding of scheduled transit, loop routes, or high frequency corporate/medical shuttle operations is highly preferred.
•
Customer Relations:
Strong communication skills with a proven ability to balance corporate client expectations with the realities of frontline field work.

Logistical Problem-Solving:
Quick-thinking mindset capable of adjusting schedules and routing dynamically to account for Seattle traffic and fleet challenges.
•
Tech Proficiency:
Comfortable utilizing GPS tracking platforms, dispatch software, and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
Pay:
$60,000.00 per year
