We have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Manager located in Fond du Lac, WI.

How you will contribute:

The Fleet Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight, administration, and performance of the company's fleet assets. This role ensures vehicles and equipment are acquired, maintained, utilized, and disposed of in a safe, cost-effective, and compliant manner. The Fleet Manager works closely with operations, safety, finance, and field personnel to maximize fleet reliability, minimize downtime, and support organizational growth. In addition, this role will analyze operational trends, internal data, best practices, and vendor performance to identify opportunities for process improvement and support business objectives while also developing and delivering fleet-related communications and training as needed. The Fleet Manager will have a team reporting to them and will be responsible for attracting, hiring, performance management, coaching and development of their team.

What you need to qualify:

The preferred candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years' prior relevant experience. A Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) certification or similar is also preferred, but not required. All candidates must have strong organizational and customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. A valid driver's license is required.
