Job Description
Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of lawn care and landscape maintenance technicians to complete daily tasks efficiently and to high standards Oversee all aspects of landscape upkeep including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning Ensure safety protocols are followed consistently across the crew during all operations Monitor progress to meet client expectations and deadlines Conduct quality inspections of work completed and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies to ensure optimal performance and safety standards Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide professional recommendations for landscape enhancements Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care or horticulture Supervising or leadership experience in outdoor maintenance Knowledge of tree care techniques and general garden maintenance methods Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Strong organizational skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills to lead teams and interact with clients professionally Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions for extended periods We're committed to supporting your growth with a positive work environment that values safety, teamwork, and excellence.
