What to Expect Tesla is seeking a high intensity action-oriented leader to join our Robotaxi Fleet Team. This position requires willingness to adapt and excel in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

As a Fleet Support Lead, you will lead a team of Robotaxi Fleet Support Specialists to ensure that our fleet of vehicles are properly maintained and charged while meeting the daily deadlines. This role may require the flexibility of traveling to domestic or international destinations as necessary. What You'll Do

Provideleadership,coaching,anddevelopmenttovolunteers,includingonboarding,training,scheduling,andshiftcoveragetoachieveoperationalgoalsandprogramobjectives

OverseedailyRobotaxifleetreadiness,includinginterior/exteriorcleaning,vehicleupkeepstandards,chargingcoordination,andconditionchecksacrossthefleet

Coordinatevehiclemovementandpositioningbasedonoperationalstatus-deployment,charging,service,andrepair-whilemanagingtheService/RepairOfflineQueuetominimizedowntime

LaunchandsupportAPDriverstoensuretimelyexecutionofdailyworkflows,troubleshootingoperationalissuesandescalatingasnecessary

Conductauditstoensureadherencetosafety,quality,andoperationalprocedureswhiletrackinginventorylevelsandensuringtimelyreplenishmentofsupplies

Partnercross functionallywithOperations,Fleet,Engineering,andLogisticsteams,communicatingdailypriorities,updates,andchangestoensurealignmentacrossallshifts

UtilizeTeslasystemstomonitorvolunteeractivity,fleetstatus,andkeyoperationalmetrics;maintainaccuratedocumentation,volunteerrecords,andreportingwhilesupportingspecialprojectsasneeded What You'll Bring

Expected Compensation

$92,205 - $138,308/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
