Job Overview Fenwick Island Lawn Care is hiring an experienced lawn care employee for a position focused primarily on residential mowing and property maintenance . Ideally looking for someone who can efficiently mow, trim, edge, and blow residential properties while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail, along with miscellaneous landscaping. Responsibilities Residential lawn mowing, trimming, edging & blowing Mulch installation Bed cleanups & weeding Basic mower/equipment maintenance Operating a landscaping trailer - increases pay Driving a company truck and trailer What We're Looking For Previous professional lawn care experience Efficient with commercial mowing equipment Strong attention to detail and quality Comfortable driving a truck and landscaping trailer Dependable and able to work independently Able to handle physical work and longer shifts in summer heat Valid driver's license Pay & Growth Initial compensation is revenue/performance-based. This is designed to reward experienced employees who can complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Transition to salaried position is available once all prerequisite markers have been hit. Expected earning potential is approximately $22-$30+ per hour based on performance.
