This is a hands-on leadership position . You will work alongside the crew while providing direction, transporting team members between job sites, checking work quality, and helping ensure daily assignments are completed properly. Our crews perform move-out cleanings, janitorial services, property cleanouts, project cleaning, and other field assignments throughout the Augusta/CSRA area . Responsibilities Pick up assigned crew members each workday and transport them to and from job sites Work alongside the cleaning crew to complete assigned jobs Provide direction and keep the crew productive Oversee move-out, janitorial, property cleanout, and project cleaning assignments Inspect completed work before leaving each location Ensure equipment and supplies are accounted for and ready for the next workday Communicate job progress, issues, and crew concerns to the Operations Manager Complete field assignments provided by the Operations Manager Serve as the field point person when the Operations Manager is unavailable Maintain a professional and respectful attitude when interacting with customers, property managers, and workforce participants Help establish a positive example of reliability, accountability, teamwork, and professionalism Requirements Reliable personal vehicle capable of safely transporting assigned crew members Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Dependable attendance and punctuality Comfortable providing direction and correcting or coaching others when necessary Willing and able to perform physical cleaning work alongside the crew Ability to follow checklists, procedures, and daily assignments Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working with participants in a nonprofit workforce-development program Ability to represent Stand Fast LLC professionally in the field Veterans Encouraged to Apply Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.
