Landscape Crew Leader Are you an experienced landscaper ready to lead a crew, run jobs, and take ownership of daily production? This is not a routine mowing position, it is a position that includes planting, installing landscape features, and following design plans. Experience running equipment like Bobcats, and managing people, are a must. We're hiring a Landscape Crew Leader to lead a team in delivering high-quality landscape maintenance and installation work. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for jobsite execution, crew performance, and hitting production targets every day. What You'll Be Doing Lead a crew of 2-4 team members on landscape jobs Execute landscape maintenance and/or installation projects Ensure jobs are completed on time and within budgeted hours Assign tasks and manage crew productivity throughout the day Perform and oversee work such as: mulching, planting, bed work, landscape, some hardscape or install projects Enforce safety standards and proper equipment use Inspect work before leaving each jobsite to ensure quality Track daily labor, job progress, and materials Communicate with supervisors on job status, delays, or issues Interact professionally with customers on-site This role is critical to ensuring jobs are completed right the first time without rework or wasted labor hours. Requirements 2+ years of landscape experience (maintenance or installation of plants, trees, shrubs) Previous leadership or Crew Leader experience preferred Ability to run a crew and keep jobs on schedule Strong work ethic and reliability (this is not a "show up late" role) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions Valid driver's license What Makes You a Great Fit You have Horticultural Knowledge You take ownership of the job — not just your tasks You understand how to keep crews productive and on pace You care about quality and doing the job right the first time You communicate clearly with both your team and your supervisor You lead by example — not from the sidelines What Success Looks Like Jobs are completed on time and within labor targets Crew stays productive throughout the day Work meets company quality standards with little to no rework Equipment is used properly and maintained Customers are satisfied with the finished result Why Join Our Team?
