Full-Time Position Summary US Lawns is seeking a dependable, motivated Crew Lead to lead a team of landscape maintenance professionals in maintaining commercial properties to a high standard. The Crew Lead is responsible for directing the daily work of the crew, ensuring jobs are completed safely and efficiently, maintaining quality standards, and providing excellent service to our customers. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who takes pride in their work, can effectively manage a small team, and has experience with landscaping, gardening, grounds maintenance, or a related field. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew of gardeners and maintenance technicians. Organize the crew's daily workload and ensure all assigned properties are serviced according to schedule. Perform and oversee mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, weeding, pruning, planting, mulching, and other landscape maintenance duties. Operate and safely maintain commercial landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other hand and power tools. Inspect completed work to ensure properties meet US Lawns' quality standards. Train new crew members on proper landscaping techniques, equipment operation, safety procedures, and company expectations. Ensure the crew follows all company safety policies and OSHA requirements. Communicate effectively with the Operations Manager regarding daily progress, property conditions, equipment needs, and customer concerns. Identify and report irrigation issues, plant health problems, property damage, safety hazards, or other concerns. Maintain equipment, tools, vehicles, and supplies in clean and working condition. Ensure the crew arrives on time, is properly equipped, and is ready to work each day. Represent US Lawns professionally when interacting with customers, property managers, and the public. Help maintain accurate records of completed work, materials used, and other required information. Assist with seasonal projects and other duties as assigned. Leadership Expectations The Crew Lead is expected to lead by example and create a positive, productive work environment.

Setting clear expectations for crew members. Holding employees accountable for attendance, productivity, safety, and quality. Providing coaching and constructive feedback. Recognizing good performance and teamwork. Resolving routine crew issues professionally. Maintaining a respectful and team-oriented workplace. Qualifications Previous landscaping, gardening, grounds maintenance, or related experience preferred. Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Ability to operate commercial landscaping equipment safely and effectively. Basic knowledge of plants, pruning, turf care, and landscape maintenance practices. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently while also leading a team. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials as required. Physical Requirements Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods. Ability to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, walk, and stand. Ability to lift and carry up to approximately 50 pounds. Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and other weather conditions. Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment and hand tools. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience. Pay:
