Starting at $23.00 per hour (based on experience) About Us 5 Star Cleanouts is a fast-growing cleanout, junk removal, demolition, and moving company serving customers throughout New York and Pennsylvania. We're looking for a dependable, motivated Crew Leader / Foreman who takes pride in leading a team, providing excellent customer service, and getting the job done right. If you're someone who enjoys physical work, leading by example, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Schedule & Benefits Full-time, Monday through Friday Overtime opportunities available Paid Time Off (PTO) and vacation Performance-based bonuses Customer tips Primarily local routes with most nights at home Occasional overnight travel (1-2 days) for larger projects Responsibilities Lead a crew on residential and commercial cleanout projects Coordinate daily job logistics and ensure projects stay on schedule Safely load, unload, and transport materials Operate company trucks and equipment responsibly Deliver outstanding customer service at every job site Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Train and motivate crew members while setting a positive example Follow all company safety procedures and policies Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift and carry 75+ pounds regularly Comfortable driving throughout New York and Pennsylvania Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance Drug-free and able to pass pre-employment screening if required Previous experience in cleanouts, moving, demolition, construction, landscaping, or similar hands-on work is preferred but not required Why Join 5 Star Cleanouts?
