Job Summary Light Up Lima is Northwest Ohio's premier outdoor lighting company, specializing in luxury Christmas lighting, landscape lighting, and permanent roofline lighting. We are looking for a dependable Crew Lead to help manage one of our installation crews during our busiest season. This is not a typical seasonal labor job. We install premium lighting systems on some of the area's finest homes using professional equipment and proven installation methods. Responsibilities Lead and supervise outdoor lighting installation crews, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications Coordinate project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid to optimize workflow and resource allocation Review construction drawings and technical plans to interpret design intent and ensure accurate implementation of lighting layouts Manage crew activities on-site, including supervising team members, managing subcontractors, and overseeing daily progress Conduct quality control inspections to verify that installations adhere to blueprints, technical drawings, and safety standards Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and federal construction safety standards across all job sites Communicate effectively with clients, management, and team members to relay project updates, address issues promptly, and manage expectations Maintain detailed documentation of work progress, safety reports, and project logs for accountability and future reference Responsibilities Lead a 2-3 person installation crew Safely work on ladders and residential roofs Load and organize company trucks Install Christmas lighting, landscape lighting, and permanent lighting systems Communicate with homeowners professionally Maintain job quality and safety standards Train new installers Keep projects moving efficiently Qualifications ✔ Valid driver's license (Clean driving history) ✔ Comfortable on ladders and roofs ✔ Able to lift 75 lbs ✔ Dependable transportation ✔ Positive attitude ✔ Able to work outdoors Preferred Construction Roofing Landscaping Electrical Tree service Holiday lighting Leadership experience Benefits Weekly pay Paid training Overtime opportunities Professional equipment Small team environment Performance bonuses Opportunity for future year-round employment Work on beautiful homes across Northwest Ohio Hiring Event Qualified applicants will be invited to an exclusive Hiring Event where you'll: Tour our shop Meet the owner Meet current crew members Complete a hands-on roof and ladder evaluation Participate in a short interview Receive a hiring decision quickly after the event
