Crew Leader / Foreman KW Concrete & Landscaping is looking for an experienced Crew Leader / Foreman to join our team. This position will lead a small crew while working on residential concrete, landscaping, hardscape, drainage, lighting, and outdoor living projects. Responsibilities Lead a crew and oversee daily jobsite operations Plan and organize projects to keep jobs moving efficiently and on schedule Read blueprints and project plans to properly lay out jobs Train and direct crew members on proper procedures and workmanship Communicate professionally with customers throughout the project Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Operate skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, and other construction equipment Safely operate company trucks and trailers Maintain quality standards and take ownership of the finished project Qualifications 1-3+ years of crew leader, foreman, or similar experience Experience in concrete, landscaping, hardscaping, excavation, or construction preferred Valid driver's license; CDL is a plus Equipment operating experience preferred Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Good communication, organization, and job-planning skills Ability to lead a crew and work alongside them when needed

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
