Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew of landscapers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards Oversee landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, pruning, edging, and mulching Coordinate landscaping projects such as planting beds, construction of features, and irrigation system installations Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality control and safety compliance Provide mentorship and training to team members on horticulture practices, equipment use, and safety protocols Manage scheduling and workflow to meet project deadlines while maintaining attention to detail Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project expectations are met or exceeded Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related fields with supervising experience preferred Strong knowledge of lawn care, gardening, horticulture, tree care, irrigation systems, and general landscape construction Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively Familiarity with landscape equipment operation and maintenance Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, digging, and operating machinery for extended periods Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members Valid driver's license; relevant certifications in horticulture or landscape management are a plus Join us if you're ready to lead a passionate crew dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes! Pay:

$25.50 - $32.50 per hour
