$18.00-$20.00 per hour Leadership and career advancement opportunities Supportive, team-oriented work environment Comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees Stable employment with a growing company Opportunity to make a direct impact on daily operations What You'll DoLeadership & Operations Supervise both Janitorial and Fleet Cleaning Operations Lead, coach, and support team members to achieve daily goals Ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are consistently met Communicate effectively with employees, clients, and management Assist with scheduling, task assignments, and daily operations Utilize company technology and mobile applications for reporting, communication, and operational tracking Cleaning & Facility Maintenance Perform hands-on janitorial and porter duties as needed Clean and restock restrooms Sweep, mop, scrub, steam clean, shampoo, and polish floors Clean windows, glass partitions, furniture, equipment, and fixtures Perform specialty floor care, including stripping, sealing, finishing, and polishing when required Empty trash receptacles and maintain clean waste disposal areas Prepare and use cleaning solutions according to company procedures Inspect facilities for maintenance concerns and report issues to management Ensure all work complies with company safety policies and client requirements Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 1 year of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using smartphones, mobile apps, and technology for daily operations Excellent attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Valid driver's license with a good driving record Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Schedule Monday-Friday 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM Some Saturdays Required Compensation $18.00-$20.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
