We are fully licensed and insured, with a strong focus on commercial projects year-round. Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Crew Leader to join our team! In this role, you will lead a crew in delivering top-quality landscape maintenance, lawn care, and hardscape projects. Your leadership will ensure efficient operations, high standards of craftsmanship, and outstanding customer satisfaction on construction projects and grounds maintenance jobs. Duties Supervise and manage a landscape crew to complete lawn care, planting, pruning, irrigation management, and hardscape installation tasks efficiently. Oversee daily outdoor work activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met. Identify plants, trees, and horticultural elements to ensure proper care and maintenance. Operate grounds maintenance equipment, company vehicles, and landscaping tools responsibly. Coordinate with team members to plan daily tasks and assign responsibilities for irrigation systems, ground preparation, or landscaping projects. Maintain clear communication with clients and project managers to ensure project specifications are achieved on time. Support team training in equipment operation, horticulture best practices, and safety procedures. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or gardening with a strong background in outdoor work environments. Supervising or crew management experience in landscaping or groundskeeping settings. Knowledge of plant identification, irrigation systems (including irrigation management), hardscape features, and tree care. Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently; experience with grounds maintenance tools is preferred. Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a company vehicle; construction experience is a plus. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
