Marble & Moss Design is looking for a dependable and experienced Landscape Crew Lead to join our growing landscape construction team. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in their work, can lead a crew effectively, and wants the opportunity to grow with the company. This is a hands-on outdoor position working on residential landscape installation and construction projects throughout Utah County and surrounding areas. Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are strongly preferred. The Crew Lead will communicate with both the field crew and company management throughout the workday. What You'll Do Lead and work alongside a crew on residential landscape installation and construction projects Direct daily crew activities and make sure tasks are completed correctly and efficiently Read and follow landscape plans, project specifications, and instructions Help organize materials, tools, and equipment needed for each project Perform hands-on landscape installation and construction work Assist with grading, excavation, planting, irrigation, drainage, hardscape, rock, mulch, and other landscape installations Monitor the quality of completed work and make sure projects meet Marble & Moss standards Communicate with the Superintendent and management regarding project progress, materials, challenges, and scheduling Help train and guide less-experienced crew members Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site Identify problems in the field and communicate them to the appropriate supervisor Lead by example through reliability, strong work ethic, and quality workmanship What We're Looking For Previous landscaping, landscape construction, or construction experience Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong understanding of landscape installation and construction Ability to read and follow plans and project instructions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Reliable and dependable Comfortable taking responsibility and directing a crew Able to communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation is preferred; carpooling may be available depending on location Valid driver's license preferred Must be 18 years or older Pay & Hours Starting pay: 60K Salary Opportunities for performance-based raises and increased responsibility Full-time position Approximately 35-50 hours per week , depending on workload, project schedules, and weather Overtime may be available
