This energetic leader will coordinate a team of skilled crew members, ensuring high-quality landscape care, lawn maintenance, and hardscape work across various commercial and residential sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive outdoor work experience, and a passion for horticulture and landscape aesthetics. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, planting, pruning, irrigation management, and hardscape installation. Lead a team of crew members by assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring safety protocols are followed throughout all outdoor projects. Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems with precision and care. Manage construction projects related to landscaping or grounds improvements from start to finish. Identify various plant species and diagnose horticultural issues to maintain healthy landscapes. Oversee company vehicle operation for transportation of equipment and team members to job sites. Ensure all work complies with safety standards, quality expectations, and project timelines while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or related outdoor service fields. Extensive outdoor work experience with skills in lawn care, gardening, tree care, and grounds maintenance equipment operation. Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including irrigation management, hardscape installation, plant identification, and horticulture principles. Construction experience preferred for managing construction projects involving landscaping or site improvements. Demonstrated team management abilities with leadership qualities that motivate and develop crew members. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely in various outdoor environments.
