Approximately $60, 000 per year We are looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our team and take a hands-on leadership role in daily warehouse and logistics operations. Logistics Supervisor Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse and logistics operations Lead warehouse associates, leads, and coordinators Schedule labor and ensure proper staffing to meet daily workload Monitor productivity, performance, safety, and housekeeping Ensure equipment, space, and manpower are used efficiently Train and develop new and existing employees Set performance expectations and follow up with employees Help plan manpower and equipment needs based on workload Maintain clear communication with management, employees, and customers Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment Address performance issues and recognize strong employee performance What We' re Looking For Previous supervisory experience in logistics, warehouse, distribution, or material handling is required Strong leadership and communication skills Experience overseeing warehouse operations and employees Ability to organize people, equipment, and workflow Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment High school diploma or GED required College degree or college coursework is a plus Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety practices Why Consider This Logistics Supervisor Opportunity?
