We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Shipping Coordinator/Front Desk Administrator to join our team. This position is responsible for coordinating trailer pickups, maintaining inventory records, communicating with dealers and truck drivers, and providing excellent customer service at the front desk. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working with both customers and operations personnel. Responsibilities Coordinate trailer pickups with truck drivers and transportation partners. Maintain accurate inventory of finished trailers stored in the yard. Update and maintain Google Sheets for inventory tracking and operational reporting. Communicate with dealers, customers, and truck drivers regarding trailer availability and pickup schedules. Greet visitors, answer incoming phone calls, and provide professional front desk support. Ensure accurate recordkeeping and timely communication across departments. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, dispatch, logistics, or inventory management preferred. Proficiency with Google Sheets and basic computer applications. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
