Shipping and Receiving Lead Pay:

$23-$25 HR/DOE |

Signature Labor Services is hiring a dependable and organized Shipping & Receiving Lead to oversee the loading bay and coordinate the shipping and receiving of materials. Candidates from Prattville, Millbrook, and Wetumpka are encouraged to apply! The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, and able to safely handle materials in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily shipping and receiving of materials in the loading bay Load, unload, stage, and organize incoming and outgoing materials Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records Use Microsoft Excel for inventory and material tracking Coordinate materials and ensure shipments are properly organized Maintain a clean, organized, and safe loading area Lift up to 45 lbs. with assistance Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

1 year previous experience required Must be able to lift 45lbs+ unassisted Complete tasks as assigned by the site supervisor Perform all tasks in a timely manner under minimal supervision Must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions Complete all assignments requiring physical activity for a full shift Work all hours assigned. Must be authorized to work in the United States Must have a Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Must pass drug screen and all required background checks.
