We are seeking a Construction Yard Coordinator, who will be responsible for maintaining a clean, efficient Warehouse and assisting with distribution of tools and construction materials. General responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist in operating the yard and warehouse and assist in dispatching materials and tools accordingly. Record daily log of tools, material and equipment going in and out of the yard. Perform janitorial service in Warehouse and Construction Office Clean and maintain construction equipment, tools, and vehicles Preferred Qualifications Minimum 1 year construction experience, 2 years preferred. Bilingual - English and Spanish. Minimum high school diploma, college degree preferred. Knowledge and experience in the concrete construction industry. Computer literate in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Project. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Must possess a valid CA Driver's License Company Description Robert A.
