Hour Rotating Schedule Pay:

$90,000 per year Schedule 12-hour shifts: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Rotating schedule: 3 days on / 4 days off 4 days on / 3 days off Weekends required About Veruca Veruca is reinventing how people get groceries. Every order is picked, packed, and dispatched from inventory we already own and manage. Our model is fast-paced, operationally driven, and built around real-time decision making, inventory precision, and exceptional customer experience. Role Overview We are seeking a Trailer / Store Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations inside one of our mobile micro-warehouse locations. This is a highly active, fast-paced role that requires you to: Think on your feet Make smart, business-driven decisions in real time Manage inventory, team performance, and customer experience simultaneously You will be fully responsible for the success of your location during your shift. Key Responsibilities Store & Operational Leadership Oversee all trailer/micro-warehouse operations during your shift Ensure workflows are efficient, accurate, and aligned with company standards Quickly identify and resolve operational issues to prevent delays Order & Fulfillment Management Ensure all outgoing orders are accurately picked, packed, staged, and dispatched with drivers Maintain high standards for speed, accuracy, and product quality Inventory Management Own inventory accuracy for your assigned location Monitor stock levels and identify replenishment needs Minimize shrink, errors, and out-of-stocks Manage product markdowns and discounting decisions to move aging or slow-moving inventory Escalate or execute markdowns within company guidelines and approval thresholds Location-Based Product & Inventory Planning Develop a strong understanding of the customer demographics and purchasing patterns at your specific trailer location Use local demand signals to inform product assortment, stocking priorities, and reorder decisions Identify top-performing and underperforming SKUs at your location and surface insights to leadership Recommend product additions, removals, or adjustments based on what your customers are actually buying Anticipate seasonal or event-driven demand shifts at your location and plan accordingly KPI Tracking & Performance Reporting Track and report on key performance indicators for your location, including order accuracy, on-time dispatch rate, in-stock percentage, shrink, and customer satisfaction scores Use KPI data to identify trends, address gaps, and hold your team accountable to performance targets Review results regularly with leadership and contribute to continuous improvement efforts Customer Experience Act as the point of contact for customer issues and escalations Ensure a high-quality, seamless customer experience at every touchpoint Anticipate customer demand and ensure key items are always in stock Team Leadership & Driver Coordination Lead and supervise delivery drivers during your shift Run pre-shift meetings to align on priorities and expectations Coordinate routes using Easy Routes to maximize efficiency Train and support team members to improve performance and consistency Address performance issues and ensure adherence to company policies Daily Operations & Reporting Adjust staffing and priorities based on real-time business needs Maintain accurate operational reporting and documentation Complete daily shift reports and KPI summaries for leadership review What We're Looking For Strong leadership and decision-making skills Ability to think quickly and make business-savvy decisions under pressure Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously Thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with data to track performance and identify opportunities Physical Requirements Ability to be on your feet for extended periods (full 12-hour shift) Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs regularly Comfortable handling large and bulky inventory daily Ability to crouch, stoop, kneel, and work in varying conditions Comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer environments Requirements Previous supervisory experience in retail, grocery, warehouse, or similar field Valid U.S. driver's license Strong computer and systems proficiency Experience with inventory systems is a plus Basic math and analytical skills Benefits $90,000 per year Health Insurance — Veruca covers 50% of your premium (max limits apply) Paid Time Off (PTO) Sick Time Retirement Plan Employee Discount and monthly store credit Why Join Veruca This role is critical to our success.
