From our USDA-inspected food manufacturing facility in Loveland, Colorado, we manufacture, package, warehouse, and ship our products to customers throughout the United States. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and inventory management. This is not a desk-only management position. You will lead the warehouse team while also working alongside them when needed — receiving materials, moving inventory, operating forklifts and pallet equipment, preparing shipments, solving inventory problems, and making sure orders get out accurately and on time. Approximately half of the position involves warehouse floor operations and half involves inventory systems, scheduling, documentation, logistics coordination, and other computer-based work. You will report to our Operations Director and will have primary day-to-day responsibility for warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory accuracy, and supervision of warehouse employees. Key Responsibilities Lead, schedule, train, and supervise warehouse team members. Manage daily receiving, warehousing, material movement, picking, packing, and outbound shipping activities. Ensure customer and production shipments are accurate, complete, and dispatched on schedule. Maintain accurate physical and system inventory, including cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, lot tracking, and investigation of discrepancies. Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, parcel shipments, carriers, pickups, and deliveries. Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, product rotation, and appropriate storage practices. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed. Maintain warehouse equipment and supplies to minimize downtime and interruptions. Ensure warehouse activities comply with company safety procedures and applicable Federal, State, local, USDA, and food-safety requirements. Review shipping, receiving, and inventory records for completeness and accuracy. Help develop and continuously improve warehouse procedures, inventory controls, workflows, and systems. Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, performance management, and development of warehouse employees. Work closely with Production, Operations, Quality, Customer Service, and company leadership to solve problems and keep materials and finished goods moving efficiently. What We're Looking For At least 3 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, logistics, or related operations experience . Previous experience supervising or leading warehouse employees strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead people, delegate responsibilities, set expectations, and hold team members accountable while also leading by example. Strong inventory-management skills and comfort working with computerized inventory, ERP, WMS, shipping, and spreadsheet systems. Experience with inventory counts, reconciliation, lot-controlled inventory, shipping documentation, and freight coordination. Forklift and material-handling experience. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Reliable, productive, consistent, and able to manage competing priorities. Good written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to communicate directly when problems arise. A practical, problem-solving mindset and genuine interest in improving systems and processes. Ability to work effectively in a small, entrepreneurial company where priorities sometimes change quickly. Food manufacturing, USDA, FDA, SQF, GMP, HACCP, or other regulated manufacturing experience is highly desirable, but not required. Physical & Work Environment This is an active, hands-on warehouse position in our food manufacturing facility.

Candidates must be comfortable:

Working daily in a facility that processes meat products. Standing and walking for extended periods. Regularly lifting and moving warehouse materials and finished goods. Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and similar material-handling equipment. Working in warehouse and food-production environments with varying temperatures. Moving between computer/administrative work and physical warehouse work throughout the day. Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $26.50-$31.25 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time, hourly position, generally 40 hours per week. Overtime may occasionally be required and will be paid in accordance with applicable law.
