In this role, you will work alongside our Operations Lead to support both daily warehouse floor activities and back-office logistics systems. Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment:
Pick, pack, and ship wholesale (B2B) and retail (B2C) orders accurately and efficiently.
Inbound Receiving:
Receive inbound shipments, inspect freight, and verify contents against Purchase Orders (POs) and packing lists.
Shipping & Logistics:
Process orders by pulling carrier routing, printing shipping labels, and preparing Bills of Lading (BOLs) and packing slips.
Systems & Inventory:
Receive POs and maintain real-time inventory records using our ERP/WMS software (Oodle).
Inventory Control:
Support routine cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.
Quality Assurance:
Identify and flag discrepancies early—including short shipments, damaged stock, or carrier routing issues.
Qualifications Experience:
2+ years of warehouse, receiving, or logistics experience.
Technical Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, comfortable working at a computer, and quick to learn new software applications.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably and operate a manual or electric pallet jack.
Soft Skills:
Reliable, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with enterprise WMS/ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP). Current Forklift Certification.
Schedule & Work Environment Hours:
Monday through Friday, standard 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule.
Setting:
100% in-person at our facility in Dania Beach, FL.
salary:
$47,800 - $52,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4
PMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities Receive freight: Unload and inspect inbound shipments.
Verify documentation:
Cross-check received items against Purchase Orders (POs) and vendor packing lists.
System updates:
Log received POs directly into Oodle ERP/WMS to keep inventory levels current.
Order fulfillment:
Pick, pack, and ship orders for both wholesale (B2B) and retail (B2C) customers.
Shipping documentation:
Generate packing slips, print shipping labels, and prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs).
Routing:
Pull and follow specific carrier routing instructions for proper staging and dispatch.
Cycle counting:
Lead and support routine cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.
System accuracy:
Ensure physical stock matches what is reflected in the Oodle system.
Flag discrepancies early:
Identify and report short shipments, damaged stock, missing documentation, or carrier routing issues before they impact shipping timelines.
