Job Description
Job Overview Dhaka Cargo is seeking a dependable and organized Order Fulfillment Coordinator to support daily order processing, inventory coordination, packing, and shipping operations. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable coordinating multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Coordinate daily order fulfillment activities from processing through shipment Review incoming orders and verify product information and quantities Assist with picking, packing, labeling, and staging customer orders Monitor order status and help ensure shipments are prepared on schedule Assist with inventory organization and routine stock checks Communicate with warehouse and operations team members regarding order requirements Coordinate with shipping providers regarding routine pickup and delivery information Identify and report missing, damaged, or incorrect items Help resolve routine order discrepancies and processing issues Maintain accurate fulfillment and shipping records Monitor packaging and shipping supplies and request replenishment when needed Keep fulfillment and staging areas organized Follow company procedures and workplace safety guidelines Assist with other fulfillment and administrative tasks as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Basic computer and data-entry skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn new systems and procedures About the Position The Order Fulfillment Coordinator helps keep daily order processing and shipping activities organized and on schedule.
