CPC Eatonton is a manufacturer of quality livestock feeds and supplements for industry leading producers. Our Eatonton, GA plant is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the warehouse and ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of products.

Position Purpose:

We are seeking a responsible Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will provide leadership to warehouse team members, coordinate workflow, maintain inventory accuracy, promote a safe work environment, and ensure exceptional service to internal and external customers. The Warehouse Supervisor works collaboratively with production, transportation, sales, and management to support operational goals and continuous improvement.

What you will be doing:

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping activities. Lead, coach, train, and support Warehouse Technicians to ensure safe work practices, productivity, and high-quality performance. Plan and assign daily work to meet customer demands and operational priorities while maximizing efficiency. Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and all required documentation is completed in a timely manner. Maintain inventory accuracy through proper product rotation, organization, cycle counts, and inventory control. Oversee the staging, loading, and unloading of customer orders and delivery vehicles to ensure accuracy. Promote a safe workplace by enforcing company safety policies, conducting routine inspections, addressing hazards. Ensure forklifts and warehouse equipment are inspected regularly and maintenance concerns are reported promptly. Monitor warehouse housekeeping standards to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Assist in identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies, damaged products, and operational issues. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, increase efficiency, and enhance service levels.

Qualifications needed:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical training preferred. Three to five years of warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience, including previous leadership or supervisory responsibilities preferred. Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification. Working knowledge of inventory management practices and warehouse operations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and warehouse management or inventory systems. Valid driver's license may be required based on operational responsibilities. Physical and environmental demands to consider: Standing and walking for extended periods. Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, climbing, and twisting. Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds; occasional heavier lifting with assistance or mechanical equipment. Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. Sufficient vision, hearing, and dexterity to safely perform essential job functions. Regular exposure to grain, feed, ingredient, and dust particles. Exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and weather conditions while working indoors and outdoors. Frequent exposure to moving mechanical equipment, forklifts, conveyors, and truck traffic. Moderate to high noise levels. Regular climbing of stairs, working around elevated platforms, and navigating uneven walking surfaces.
