Lead, supervise, and motivate team members during assigned shifts, fostering a positive and inclusive work environmentOversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with company policies and proceduresMonitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and communicate supply needs to managementHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfactionMaintain accurate records, including cash handling, sales reports, and incident documentationEnforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment that meets all regulatory standardsCommunicate effectively with management regarding shift performance, challenges, and team feedbackDemonstrate flexibility by adapting to changing priorities and supporting team members during peak periodsModel company values and maintain transparent, open communication with all team membersQualifications

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalentProven leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectivelyExcellent interpersonal and communication abilitiesDemonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesAbility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededCash handling experience and financial accountabilityKnowledge of inventory management and stock controlProficiency in conflict resolution and team motivationAbility to analyze performance metrics and implement process improvementsCommitment to maintaining safety and compliance standards•
Preferred Qualifications:
