Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team of warehouse associates. This position is responsible for coordinating workflow, ensuring accurate and timely receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory activities, and maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication and organizational skills who can motivate employees, prioritize daily tasks, resolve operational issues, and ensure company policies and safety standards are consistently followed. Responsibilities Lead, train, and support warehouse team members during daily operations. Assign work, monitor productivity, and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. Oversee receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory activities. Maintain accurate inventory and investigate discrepancies. Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organization. Monitor equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns. Assist with employee scheduling, performance coaching, and training. Communicate operational updates and issues to warehouse management. Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and workflow. Ensure company policies, procedures, and OSHA/safety requirements are followed. Wage $50,000.00 / Annual Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse lead, preferably in order fulfillment, eCommerce, or 3PL. Proficient in WMS systems and basic Excel. Strong organizational and team management skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve operational issues promptly. Bilingual in Chinese/Spanish and English is a plus (depending on client base).
