Thorough understanding of proper rigging, load-securing principles, and weight distribution for flatbed or tilt-bed transport.
Physical Stamina & Mindset:
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, lift heavy objects, and independently manage a fast-paced physical workload.
Growth Potential:
A self-starter mentality with the desire and capability to step into a leadership/supervisory role as the local branch operations grow.
