This position is responsible for supporting and leading daily warehouse operations during the night shift, including work assignment, inventory movement, inbound and outbound activities, team coordination, safety compliance, and shift handoff. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role works closely with warehouse supervisors and managers to ensure all nightly operational tasks are completed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities during the night shift from 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM . Assign daily tasks to warehouse employees based on workload and operational priorities. Monitor employee attendance, productivity, work quality, and overall shift performance. Support inbound, outbound, picking, packing, put-away, replenishment, and inventory activities. Ensure orders, pallets, and shipments are processed accurately and completed within required timelines. Monitor warehouse workflow and respond quickly to operational delays, staffing issues, or other onsite problems. Perform inventory checks and assist with resolving inventory discrepancies. Coordinate loading, unloading, staging, and movement of products throughout the warehouse. Train and support warehouse employees on SOPs, equipment usage, workflow, and safety requirements. Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment and ensure employees follow company safety policies. Communicate operational issues, unfinished tasks, inventory concerns, and other important updates to warehouse management. Complete proper shift handoff and provide clear updates to the next shift or management team. Assist with basic warehouse system operations, data entry, and operational reporting. Identify opportunities to improve productivity, workflow, and warehouse organization. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager. Required Skills and Qualifications Must be eligible to work in the United States. Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required . Previous warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience required. Previous Team Lead or supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle onsite operational issues. Basic computer skills and experience with data entry, inventory systems, or WMS preferred. Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy. Ability to work independently during night shift operations. Ability to communicate effectively with warehouse employees, supervisors, and management. Must be comfortable working onsite in a warehouse environment.
