Tuesday thru Saturday or Sunday thru Thursday, 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Weekend and overtime availability is required during peak periods. Pay Rates 25.00 USD hourly Must-have Requirements for Bilingual 1st Shift On-Site Supervisor Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a warehouse or staffing environment. Demonstrate consistent reliability and punctuality in attendance and task completion. Maintain legal authorization to work in the United States. Desirable Requirements for Bilingual 1st Shift On-Site Supervisor Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced proficiency in Excel, to manage data, generate reports, and perform administrative tasks. Operate essential office equipment and communication tools, including phones, walkie-talkies, and basic technology platforms. Demonstrate proficiency in typing, email communication, and general office technology platforms for daily operations. Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish to effectively interact with diverse staff and clients. Cultivate and maintain robust professional relationships with clients and temporary staff to foster collaboration and retention. Provide clear direction and hands-on leadership to temporary staff, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and safety standards. Maintain a high level of urgency and a proactive customer service mindset to address operational needs and client expectations promptly.
