Warehouse Project Coordinator Star Nova South Bend, IN Job Details Full-time $48,000 - $70,000 a year 1 hour ago Qualifications Computer operation Bachelor's degree Organizational skills Warehouse experience Construction experience Full Job Description Multiple positions available due to company growth. We are building our project coordination team to support expanding warehouse and project operations. We are looking for a hands-on Project Coordinator to help keep our warehouse operations, QC, logistics, and project teams on the same page. Our company is growing quickly, and our warehouse processes are still developing. Priorities can change quickly, information may come from several different people or systems, and sometimes the person in this role will need to investigate a problem rather than simply follow an established process. A large part of this job is knowing what needs to happen, who needs to do it, and whether it actually got done. This is primarily a coordination position, not a warehouse labor position. You will spend time both at a computer and walking the warehouse floor. Responsibilities Coordinate daily priorities between QC, warehouse operations, logistics, and project management. Track which modules and materials have arrived, need QC or repair, are ready to ship, and have shipped. Make sure QC and warehouse teams know what needs to be completed for upcoming shipments. Follow up on open tasks and problems until they are resolved. Verify information by communicating with employees and checking conditions on the warehouse floor. Maintain Excel spreadsheets, trackers, Procore items, and other project information. Identify missing material, QC problems, shipping risks, and communication gaps before they become bigger problems. Provide clear status updates to project managers and warehouse management. Help improve tracking, communication, and warehouse processes as the company grows. Handle other project and operational tasks assigned by management. What We're Looking For Very organized and good at keeping track of many moving pieces. Comfortable following up with people and holding others accountable for commitments. Able to figure things out without being given step-by-step instructions. Good with Excel and comfortable learning new software. Able to communicate clearly with warehouse employees, supervisors, project managers, and management. Comfortable working in an environment where priorities and processes can change. Someone who notices problems and takes action instead of waiting for someone else to point them out. Previous warehouse, logistics, construction, project coordination, or QC experience is helpful, but not required . Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; we value demonstrated problem-solving ability, organization, initiative, and the ability to get results.
Most importantly:
We are looking for someone dependable who can learn our operation, take ownership of problems, and get results.
