We are a family owned; family run company that continues to grow and looking for someone to join our general manufacturing team. We have a leadership role as night lead position that requires the following: Lead a team of people on the night crew from 3pm-11:30pm Serves as the primary point of contact for the team during the night shift and communicates operational needs or issues to management Support and direct employees, maintaining productivity and quality standards Ensure equipment and work areas are properly maintained Promote a safe, accountable, and efficient work environment Previous experience in a manufacturing/warehouse setting The ability to bend, carry, crouch, reach, stand, pull, push, and walk while at work This shift is from 3pm to 11:30pm Monday through Friday.
