Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to coordinate and oversee the daily operations of a small team of forklift operators within our warehouse facility. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to motivate, train, and mentor team members in a fast-paced environment. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity to ensure all warehouse activities are executed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities Supervise and direct forklift operators to meet daily operational targets Safely operate a heavy forklift(20ton or larger) Monitor and enforce safety protocols in compliance with company standards Conduct daily equipment inspections and ensure adherence to maintenance schedules Assist with general warehouse operations to maintain workflow efficiency Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Ensure accurate inventory tracking and task completion reporting Verify trailers and equipment are safe to enter prior to loading Complete shipping documentation and system transitions to ensure shipment and inventory accuracy Maintain prompt and professional communication with clients, drivers, and guests Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of team lead or supervisory experience Minimum of 3 years of heavy forklift operation experience Proficiency in inventory management systems (or willingness to learn) Ability to work 12-hour shifts Valid driver's license and forklift certification required Ability to regularly lift 50-75 pounds Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and consistent attendance Safety-first mindset Self-accountable and reliable Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and customers If you are an experienced heavy forklift operator looking for a stable opportunity with competitive starting pay and growth potential, we encourage you to apply today.
