What You'll Do Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, staging, storage, deliveries, and forklift operations. Maintain an organized and accurate warehouse so materials and equipment can be located quickly when needed. Monitor incoming materials and verify deliveries against purchase orders, packing slips, work orders, bills of material, and company records. Confirm the identity, quantity, condition, and documentation of received materials. Coordinate the movement of materials and equipment between the warehouse and active job sites. Work closely with crew leads and field personnel to understand upcoming needs and coordinate timely delivery of materials. Help prioritize shipments and deliveries based on project schedules and field requirements. Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and warehouse activity. Communicate proactively with purchasing, project management, field leadership, and other team members regarding material availability and delivery needs. Operate and oversee the safe use of forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse organization, material tracking, and overall efficiency. Take ownership of problems and work with the appropriate team members to resolve them quickly. What We're Looking For The right person will be someone who: Has experience working in a warehouse, logistics, construction, distribution, or related environment. Understands the importance of accurate inventory and material tracking. Is highly organized and able to manage competing priorities. Communicates effectively with both field and office personnel. Can work independently and make sound decisions throughout the day. Is comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment. Has experience operating a forklift or similar material-handling equipment. Pays close attention to details, quantities, documentation, and deadlines. Takes pride in keeping materials organized and readily accessible. Understands that getting materials to the field on time can have a direct impact on project productivity. Construction, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or industrial warehouse experience is a plus.
