Job Description Magnum Induction is seeking a full-time Shipping and Receiving Lead to join our dynamic team of dedicated professionals. As a Shipping and Receiving Lead, you will have the following responsibilities: Oversee all incoming and outgoing customer material. Lead a small team of shipping and receiving personnel. Receive material and complete incoming inspections for quantity, condition, required documentation, and basic quality inspections. Accurately receive and ship material using our ERP system. Coordinate pickups and deliveries with trucking companies and customers. Prepare shipping paperwork and ensure orders are packaged, labeled, and documented correctly. Safely load, unload, and move large or heavy components using forklifts and overhead cranes. Maintain organized incoming, outgoing, and staging areas. Identify and communicate material discrepancies, damage, or documentation issues. Ensure customer material remains properly identified and traceable throughout the process. Required Qualifications and Skills 3-5 years of shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Overhead crane experience is required. Forklift experience is required. Experience using an ERP or inventory-management system is strongly preferred. Rigging experience is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to communicate professionally with customers, trucking companies, and coworkers. Dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a hands-on shop environment.
