Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM Magnum is hiring a Dock Supervisor to lead LTL dock operations and ensure the safe, efficient movement of freight and on-time dispatch of routes. This role is responsible for supervising teams, optimizing productivity, and maintaining safety and operational standards. What You'll Do As a Dock Supervisor, you will lead daily operations and ensure freight moves efficiently through the terminal.

Responsibilities include:

Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of freight, ensuring timely route departures and driver load readiness Supervise, train, and motivate dock and dispatch teams, monitoring performance and addressing personnel issues Lead daily team meetings and communicate operational updates, priorities, and expectations Utilize systems such as Maven and TMW to manage operations and optimize workflow Monitor productivity metrics, including bills per hour (BPH), and drive efficiency improvements Communicate effectively with management, internal departments, customers, and staff to resolve issues and support operations Document and report freight damage, load issues, and operational concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dock environment, ensuring compliance with safety and security standards Support attendance expectations and promote accountability across the team Assist in executing operational goals set by the Terminal Manager and provide solutions to day-to-day challenges Perform additional duties as needed to support overall terminal operations This is a full-time position with a complete benefits package available, including: Health Insurance with HSA/FSA Options Company Paid Life Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The role requires the ability to alternate between walking, standing, sitting, climbing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift, while maintaining awareness of surroundings in an active work area. Employees must be able to communicate effectively and safely perform tasks in a fast-paced environment. The position involves frequent lifting and handling of freight, requiring the ability to carry or lift up to 100 lbs, including above-chest-level loads.
