WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR
Full-time; Onsite; Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm Environmental Dynamics International (EDI) specializes in developing and applying advanced technology aeration and biological treatment solutions for municipal and industrial wastewater. Job Summary Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this position handles material transactions, prepares orders for shipment, and supports shipping coordination. Key duties include printing sales orders and pick lists, identifying picking locations, documenting shipments, and assisting with shipping logistics including driver coordination and international paperwork.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Process material transactions to prepare orders for shipment.
Print Sales Orders and pick lists.
Identify correct picking locations, including orders with multiple locations.
Coordinate with warehouse personnel on order picking and staging.
Take photos of completed shipments and upload to project folders.
Maintain organized shipment records and documentation.
Answer incoming shipping calls.
Direct truck drivers to appropriate dock doors.
Assist with coordinating dock activity.
Prepare and deliver international shipping paperwork to the chamber.
Ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate.
Follow all company policies, assuring for safety.
Perform other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Position requires a high-school diploma or GED and 1-3 years of warehouse, shipping, or administrative experience.
Excellent attendance (crucial for efficiency/productivity purposes).
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office 365 products and other technologies.
Able to work reliably and independently with little direct supervision are key requirements for this position.
Attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions and documentation.
Forklift experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
Physical/Work Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to perform routine tasks. Able to walk while turning head and torso; bending arms, wrists and fingers; squatting, kneeling. The employee is required to reach with hands and arms to reach items on shelfs. The employee must be able lift and/or move up to 70 pounds. Must be able to stand/walk on concrete for long periods of time. The employee must have full use of sight, hearing, speech, and touch. Accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Work Environment Work will be accomplished primarily in the company's warehouse facility. This facility is not air-conditioned but is heated. Will be required to unload equipment outside in various conditions, 3-4 times a month. Mental Environment Consecutively able to perform basic arithmetic calculations accurately. Able to communicate fluently in English verbally and written. Capable of preparing reports and documenting issues. Thorough understanding of the products sold by the company.
