Job description Outdoor Oasis Lakeside is seeking to fill one full time spot for our location at the lake. We are a landscape and building materials dealer. If you are current hardscapes installer or in the building industry this is a great way to put all your hard work to use and take. Willing train but have to have a great personality. To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to do the following: Hours are 7:30-4:30 M-F and every other Saterday 8-12.

• Able to operate heavy equipment such as
• Bobcat, Telehander, Forklift
• To load customers with pallets, rock or other materials.
• Maintain equipment maintenance logs.
• Keep yard free and clear of trash and debris.
• Maintain grass
• Maintain gravel areas
• Ensure product is stack in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Unload all incoming product from 18 wheelers
• Stage orders in hold area until ready for delivery
• Maintains an organized and logical yard operation
• Keeps warehouse space orderly.
• Cleans showroom, patio and all displays. Develops relationships with current customers.
• Manages displays, samples.
• Maintains cleanliness and stock of showroom
• Performs additional duties as required and or requested. Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and Experience requirements:
• Ability to determine solutions for customers.
• Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Valid driver's license OTHER SKILLS and

ABILITIES

• Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving
• Provide high level of customer service
