Yard Laborer Opportunity for Advancement to Foreman Montana Fence is seeking a dependable, hardworking Yard Laborer to join our team. This position plays an important role in supporting our fence installation crews by preparing materials, maintaining inventory, loading and unloading trucks, and keeping the yard organized and safe. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, leadership potential, and a commitment to safety. Qualified candidates may have the opportunity to advance into a Foreman position as openings become available and performance demonstrates readiness. Advancement is based on experience, job performance, leadership ability, and company needs and is not guaranteed. Responsibilities Load and unload fencing materials. Organize and maintain the yard and inventory. Assist installation crews with materials and equipment. Operate forklifts and other equipment (training provided as needed). Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Perform general labor and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid driver's license. Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Construction or fencing experience is preferred but not required. Leadership experience is a plus.
