JOB DESCRIPTION

Be part of a Fun, Hard Working Team here at Tommy's Express. Lead by example to set the pace for the shift. Exceed Member/Guest expectations! Provide quick, and friendly Member/Guest service within the car wash. Learn all aspects of car wash.

GENERAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and Retain new Member/Guest Wash Club Members. Complete positional training for Wash Tech or appropriate hired status Maintain Site, Grounds & Car Wash. Maintain maintenance logs, inventory and reports as needed. Learn and Follow corporate policies, procedures from the employee handbooks. Attend team meetings, fully engaged in discussion to better the company, and willing to immediately follow through on implementing new ideas with your Team.

SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Exceed Member/Guest expectations with wash quality Learn to record Member/Guest Damage Claims Wash Sales Training

• all staff, commission program, upselling, Unlimited Club Wash Optimization
• Constantly watching and perfecting wash quality. Learn to Complete Daily Checklists
• Cleanliness, maintainance , Other tasks as assigned Assist with Wash Maintenance as needed Vacuum maintenance and cleanliness Wash Cleaning
• Free from dirt and grime, but also neatness and organization Maintain appropriate window dialogue exceeding the Member/Guest expectations in service.

Work with the wash operations team on special projects
