Warehouse Supervisor:

High School Diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of warehouse supervisory or leadership experience in warehouse or distribution environment preferred . Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or distributions operations is a plus. Forklift experience preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills and experience using WMS Systems Strong organizational and decision-making skills with the ability to thrive in fast-moving environments. Responsibilities of the

Warehouse Supervisor:

Lead and supervise warehouse personnel, delegating daily assignments, tracking performance, and ensuring operational objectives are met. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, inventory replenishment, and stock movement. Monitor Warehouse Management System (WMS) activities to ensure accurate inventory tracking and timely order processing. Coordinate with transportation carriers (i.e. Fedex, UPS, USPS, OnTrac, etc.) as well as internal departments to resolve shipment issues and maintain efficient distribution operations. Track key performance metrics, conduct quality audits, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and inventory accuracy. Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and safety procedures while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Coach, train, and develop team members through performance feedback, mentoring, and cross-functional training opportunities. Perform additional duties as needed.
