• $60,000 / year (Based on experience) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations at our clothing distribution facility in Kearny, NJ.

This position is responsible for managing on-site associates, maintaining high productivity and accuracy in apparel sorting/packing, and ensuring all shift metrics and safety standards are met.

Shift Schedule Sunday:

1:00 PM

• 9:00 PM Monday
• Thursday: 5:00 PM
• 1:30

AM Friday & Saturday:

Off Key Responsibilities Shift Leadership:

Supervise, train, and motivate night shift floor associates, dock workers, and order pickers to hit daily production goals.

Apparel Shipping & Receiving:

Oversee the inbound receipt, sorting, staging, packing, and outbound loading of garments and apparel containers.

Inventory Control & WMS:

Monitor daily order throughput, perform audit checks on outbound shipments, and log shift activity using warehouse management software.

Safety & Compliance:

Enforce warehouse safety protocols, maintain proper housekeeping across staging areas, and ensure secure end-of-shift facility lockup.

Issue Resolution:

Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, address attendance/labor adjustments, and report shift summary reports to senior leadership. Qualifications 3+ years of supervisory or team lead experience in a warehouse/distribution environment (clothing/apparel experience is a major plus). Proven experience with WMS, handheld scanners, and inventory management processes. Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills. Ability to work on the required non-traditional night shift schedule consistently. Hands-on leader willing to work alongside the team on the warehouse floor.

Pay:

$50,000.00
